Current approved plans are for a 4 story - 51 unit mixed use building with 48 condominium homes and 3 commercial spaces. The Alpine Lake Lodge Drawing This drawing shows the East Elevation of the Alpine Lake Lodge building. The building has prominent frontage on the Lake Dillon Drive for maximum curb exposure and appeal to attract pedestrian traffic. The promenade on the Lake Dillon Drive side is a covered walk way inviting to the pedistrian. The commercial space is limited to the Lake Dillon Drive side of the building with only 7898 square feet. The South East space (left side on drawing) is earmarked as a restaurant space complete with outdoor dining on the corner of Lake Dillon Dr. and Buffalo Dr. Two additional commercial spaces are provided with three stories of residential above.
